Our story
For 24 years, I own and run my own flower shop through slow winters, chaotic summers, staffing headaches, and the constant guesswork of figuring out what to charge and what to sell. I built that business the hard way: by trying things, watching what worked, and adjusting as I went, because nobody ever handed me a playbook.
After two decades behind the counter, I decided to run along side my shop my coaching. I've spent years working with florist shop owners on the part of this business that never gets talked about at floristry school pricing, promotions, upsells, and the everyday decisions that decide whether a shop just survives or actually thrives.
